  • Note: You may be signed in automatically, but your data isn't copied to our database until you accept our Terms and verify your age.

After we have received the information listed above from your identity provider it is then treated in the following way:

• For users under 16 we don't create an account in our database.
  • Such users can't use cloud save and multiplayer features until they turn 16.
  • The only way to correct your age is to reinstall the app (which would delete all your locally stored app data) and select a different age.
• For users over 16 we automatically create an account in our database with the following properties being copied from your identity provider:
  • UID: Yes
  • Email: Yes (if available from the identity provider, empty otherwise)
  • Display name: No (empty)
  • Avatar: No (empty)
  • We may also request additional information, such as your phone number or billing and shipping address, for legitimate business purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to enhance your gaming experience, improve our services, and personalize content. This may include providing tailored ads and analyzing usage patterns.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• Service delivery.
• Research and development.
  • We may use your data for research and development purposes in our legitimate business interests, including to analyze and improve our Services.
• Interest-based advertising.
  • Your IP and advertising ID may be accessed by some advertising networks we use.
• Direct marketing.
  • If you agreed to receiving marketing materials from us we may send you direct marketing communications.
• Compliance with our legal obligations.
  • We may be required to respond to lawful requests from government authorities.

3. Data Sharing

Any internet user can view your public information which includes your display name, avatar and the games you've played.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We disclose your personal information (to the minimum viable extent for the specified purpose) to the following categories of third parties:

• Service Providers.
  • Contracted third parties who provide us with essential services like hosting, email, analytics, and payment processing. They were selected with a focus on their reputation, and they are bound by this Privacy Policy to adhere to strict confidentiality and security standards. They are only allowed to use your data to perform services for us as directed.

  • To comply with our legal obligations we may be required to share some of your information with relevant entities.
• Advertisers.
  • We use advertising on our website and in the app and your IP and advertising ID (if you allowed it to be visible to our app) may be transmitted to these third parties.

  • Any parties involved in the sale, merger, bankruptcy, or reorganization of our company, including prospective or actual buyers and their agents or advisors.

We may transfer your data outside of the European Union ("EU") and the European Economic Area ("EEA").

4. Data Retention

For users with registered accounts, we will retain personal information as long as the account remains active.

If you choose to delete your account, we may retain certain information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or as otherwise permitted by law.

Support email communication is deleted 90 days after the user's issue is resolved and closed. Other types of email communication may be retained for as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes.

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely, which cannot be used to identify individuals, to improve our services, conduct research, or for other business purposes.

We and our service providers are committed to using up-to-date and industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

However, no system is fully secure and you should take any prevention steps available and maintain caution at every step.

In case we become aware of any data breach we will inform those users whose email address we possess.

Our website and app are appropriate for users of any age.

Our app is not directed at children under 13.

We employ a neutral age gate for the app and do not allow users under 16 to create accounts.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, you have the option to delete their account either through the website or within the app's profile settings.

When you delete your account, we immediately remove all your personal data from our database.

We may retain a pseudonymized version of your unique identifier (such as your UID or email) for up to 36 months to ensure the security and integrity of our platform. This data helps prevent cheating and may allow us to restore your previous settings and game history if you create a new account in the future. Your information is protected and cannot be linked back to you without additional details, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR.
